The design features a drinking fountain with a protective rubber or vandal resistant stainless-steel mouthguard and an anti-bacterial refill nozzle. The marine grade 316 stainless steel frame ensures the highest level of corrosion resistance, making it suitable for the most extreme environments.

Featuring high-quality, readily serviceable off-the-shelf components, the bottle refill tap and bubbler are designed to reduce the chances of vandalism, allowing for a longer lifespan. 

Two dog bowl options that allow for ease of use and prevent stagnant water collecting are available for your furry friends. The first option is the sub-surface bowl that allows the dog to drink from the ground and can be emptied by lifting the tray, the second option is an above-ground swinging dog bowl that reduces the chances of leaf and dirt build-up, which can be easily emptied by foot via the handle. 

The slab is kept clear of excess water through the grate that covers the drainage sump for safety whilst still allowing optimal drainage.

“The Hills Shire Council has ordered over a dozen of the bold water drink stations and received favourable feedback from the plumbers that installed them,” said Council landscape architect, Jake Bennett. “We have had no issues with ongoing use and maintenance of the drink stations over the last two years, and have encountered no issues with deliveries or delivery times, which I am most grateful for. Council intends to continue to install the bold drink stations at a number of its new parks and playgrounds.”
