Astra Street Furniture has expanded the Manchester Shelter range to include natural timber structures in Hardwood Spotted Gum or Treated Pine. These shelters provide an authentic material finish that integrates comfortably within landscaped and architectural settings.

The Timber shelters can be stained post-installation to align with project palettes and surrounding elements, supporting a cohesive outcome across structures, planting and hardscape finishes. For structural confidence, the range is rated to Wind Region C, Terrain Category 3, Importance Level 2 to AS1170, enabling use in exposed and high-wind locations.

Complementing the shelters, Astra Street Furniture’s New Aluminium Premium Range now includes Premium woodgrain aluminium settings, including picnic settings, covered picnic settings, benches, seats, and grandstands. The aluminium finish delivers the visual warmth of timber with increased durability and reduced ongoing maintenance, making it well suited to high-traffic public spaces.
