Over time, the role of public space has shifted. Parks are now expected to support daily use, social connection and community wellbeing, placing greater emphasis on how they are designed, specified and maintained.

GX Outdoors has evolved alongside these expectations, working closely with councils, landscape architects and contractors to understand what performs on site.

Insights gathered through projects and ongoing engagement have informed product development, material selection and system design. The result is a suite of solutions that respond to real conditions, balancing durability, maintenance and design flexibility.

While the business has grown, its core principles remain consistent. GX Outdoors is still family-run and Australian-made, allowing for control over quality and the ability to adapt as project requirements change.
