Circular Economy product design principles include utilising sustainable raw materials, the use of modular components to aid in product life extension and the ability to easily dismantle the product for reuse or recycle at the end of its useful life.

ABOUT THE DESIGN

The standard BF400 designs shown are made from a solid galvanised steel frame with reinforced tap attachments making them vandal resistant. The post component is available in either a sustainably sourced timber or recycled plastic option which has been made in collaboration with leading recycled plastic product supplier, Replas.

Each refill station is also available in a powder coat or stainless-steel finish with optional tap and dog bowl, water filter or maintenance tap.

The fact that around 373 million plastic water bottles end up as waste in Australia each year shows just how far we have to go in combating our excessive use of single-use plastics.
