Designed by SJB Architects, the $240 million development comprises 702 apartments across three towers, complemented by extensive indoor and outdoor resident amenities, retail spaces and landscaped communal areas.

Spark Furniture contributed furniture solutions to the project’s outdoor spaces, supporting the development’s focus on creating inviting, functional environments for residents to connect, relax and enjoy. With communal courtyards, dining and recreation areas integrated throughout the precinct, the furniture forms an important part of the contemporary landscape and amenity offering.

Featuring timber lounges, plinth mounted seating and outdoor kitchens, Spark worked closely with Benzini Concrete & Outside Ideas to bring together architecture, landscape and thoughtfully designed furniture to create a distinctive new community.
