Called Hengqin CRCC Plaza, the 200,000+ square metre scheme will be constructed as part of the New Hengqin District and will embody the spirit of connecting people. The architectural design of the CRCC Plaza is a metaphor for the spirit of connection, integration, communication and circulation for the community, embodied through the floating bridge.

The four towers will include a headquarters office tower with the remaining three up for lease. The tallest towers at the northeastern and southeastern sides will create premium office spaces as they will be constructed at popular road intersections with high land values and spectacular views, while two smaller towers will sit in the middle with the sky bridge flowing across their top. The bridge will include an atrium plaza, an outdoor amphitheatre, a retail podium and a roof garden.

The skybridge will feature retail precincts, outdoor terraces, office and leisure facilities, parks, cafes, restaurants, retail, garden-style fitness, innovation spaces and a three-dimensional roof garden.

The sky bridge will act as a dynamic green space that aims to promote inter-office communication and create a singular cohesive unit for the four buildings. With a unique and eye-catching design that can be seen from miles around, it hopes to capture the attention of the city and act as a beacon for Zhuhai’s future.

The project plans to be completed by 2022.
