ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY ALTERNATIVE

29 Oct 2014

For an environmentally friendly and sustainable soil that can be used for a wide range of applications, look no further than Benedict Envirosoil.

Benedict Recycling has an industry leading waste recovery rate of 90%, achieved at the Chipping Norton Recycling Facility.

90% of the waste that comes into Benedict Facilities is processed, tested and returned to the market as certified recycled materials, which stops vast amounts of material reaching landfill.

The “want” for recycled materials has never been greater. Our customers continually seek out the most environmentally and economically friendly materials available in the market place, to give themselves a competitive advantage.

One such material is Benedict Envirosoil. Produced from screening out the fines from the construction and demolition waste streams, Envirosoil is an 8mm recycled soil that is environmentally friendly, and a sustainable option for the never ending needs of the Sydney market.

Envirosoil is widely used as a Turf Underlay, Mounding Material on golf courses, Underslab Fill and General Filling Material. Envirosoil is sold into the market place at extremely competitive rates, making it an essential consideration against quarried, natural soil materials.

Every load of Envirosoil is tested to comply with the “continuous process” recovered fines exemption April 2009, as per the Protection of the Environment Operations (Waste) Regulation 2005 – General Exemption Under Part 6, Clause 51 and 51A.
