PLA Conference Goes Virtual

Due to circumstances resulting from the latest Covid-19 outbreaks, Parks & Leisure Australia has had to change the format of its upcoming National Conference. It’s going virtual!

PLA Conference Goes Virtual

For those of you looking forward to the upcoming Parks & Leisure Australia conference, don’t despair you’ll miss out all together this year. Instead of holding the conference in Sydney in October, PLA has made the responsible decision to bring their wealth of gathered talent to the industry online.

Mark Band, PLA CEO recently announced, “For many of us, this has been a year of planning, replanning, waiting and watching as events have unfolded across the country. The recent outbreak in NSW and across many States has meant that we have had to postpone our face-to-face conference once again. Our commitment to ensuring we support our members through this difficult period is a priority and so we are bringing the conference to you as a virtual 2-day event on 23 and 24 November 2021. Once again, the team at National Office have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this possible and I look forward to connecting with you on the virtual Park Bench.”
