Since purchasing the CNC Router and Rope Press Machine several years ago, the design team and factory staff have been working hand in hand to improve the CNC and Rope knowledge and designs. In doing so it has helped develop various ranges and modernize them to suit today’s design themes.

The new Extreme and Marine standard units were made using the amazing abilities of the CNC Router and Rope Press Machine. The Omniwarrior range is the new fitness circuit equipment that has proven to be incredibly popular with schools. This unique range implements a combination of steel, rope and CNC components that engages children’s minds and bodies whilst creating a long lasting yet exciting and visually stimulating way to influence children to exercise.

On top of this, the CNC Router has allowed the Omnitech team to create a myriad of fun new designs, utilizing a rainbow of recycled HDPE sheets. This includes creating new panels, climbers, spring riders and many more. The expert design team is constantly brainstorming new ideas together, with the help of the rest of the Omnitech crew to come up with fun new concepts to endeavor.

The rope manufacturing has been one of the longest running adventures and one that the company has been looking forward to the most. While implementing new ropes into the standard ranges, creating fun rope structures for new ranges, and maintaining the ever-faithful Omni Rope range, the team has been working on something big in the background. While it’s not quite ready to be announced, keep an eye out in the future for new and exciting things from the playground equipment experts.
