MORE TREES PLEASE

16 Oct 2013

You asked for more trees โ€“ and Farmers Advanced are delivering!

Farmers Advanced Trees offer a diverse range of ornamental and Australian Native Trees from 30cm pots to 150L containers, primarily servicing the landscaping and local government sectors. Contract growing is encouraged.

Back in 2011, Farmers Advanced Trees secured an additional property to begin an expansion to its current site and to allow a larger container size offering. This expansion is due for completion in the coming months and will allow an additional 8,000 40/50cm and 5,000 90/100L trees on the ground. The new site will accommodate all of the deciduous bare-rooted stock and a mix of evergreen and deciduous 90/100L containers.  It’s good news for the existing site in that it will allow a greater numbers of Australian natives to be produced in both 30 and 40cm pots.

It’s exciting times at Farmers Advanced Trees with the expansion and a greater marketing/promotional presence. Joining Landscaping Victoria in 2013 has been an important step forward in that they wanted to ‘give back” to the professional body that has provided great support to them over the years. Farmers Advanced Trees work together with a number of nurseries to grow advanced new and exciting tree species.
Farmers Advanced Trees have an energetic and supportive team dedicated to producing quality Advanced Trees and it simply prides itself on delivering a great product with service. All staff including Sales and Management are involved in production and logistics. They feel it’s important that all staff are amongst it so that they can convey the most up-to-date information for their clients. Technology is an important factor within their training and they are always looking for ways to make it easier for both production and from a client’s perspective. It’s all about positive relationships at Farmers Advanced Trees. They reward their clients with advertising opportunities through their dedicated landscaping blog - www.landscapeblog.com.au

“It’s about looking after our clients that have been supporters of us, if we can offer that little bit extra and hopefully grow their business, we know we’ll be supported in the years to come.” (Andrew Roberts, Nursery Manager)

Farmers Advanced Trees are situated on the Mornington Peninsula, in Victoria and are now less than 1hr from the heart of Melbourne. Servicing the east coast of Australia and South Australia, they welcome you to visit their nursery and receive a personal tour. Best of all, the region offers endless activity and you’ll be sure to make a day of it!
