Serenity Waters is one of the Gold Coast’s most sought-after waterfront residential development on the market. The 65-hectare master planned residential community was built for those seeking an enviable waterfront lifestyle in a premier setting.

Brought to life by Keylin Group, the residential precinct boasts a luxurious landscape environment with multiple parks offering an enriching lifestyle to its residents. The extensive scope for Serenity Waters is segmented into multiple stages including the entry statement, three parks and the Serenity Boulevard.

The design intent for the entry statement of the estate was to create elegantly curved wall accentuating the luxurious appeal of Gold Coast waterfront living. To capture this, the Penfold Projects team used a mix of premium material and incorporated eco-friendly techniques into the building process by using rocks repurposed from the initial demolition works.

The second section of the project, and most challenging consisted in creating the Serenity Boulevard which welcomes visitors and residents with its majestic mature palms that light up at night. Penfold Projects was proactive in ensuring the highest quality stock was hand-picked with the clients to ensure the best possible outcome.

The three parks include a rich mix of elements and texture boasting vast turf areas and landscapes perfect for picnics, multiple shelters and BBQ amenities. The largest of them comprises a sandstone block atrium, a sizeable climb and slide play fort, an outdoor gym and a pontoon for boat access.
