Led by Hutchinson Builders with a focus on creating a sophisticated, family-orientated residential complex surrounded by vibrant landscapes, Penfold Projects was engaged to complete its first project in the state of Victoria.

This much-anticipated property development features 23 stylish architect-designed townhouses, located within the desirable suburb of McKinnon.

A major part of Penfold’s softscape scope involved soil preparation, extensive planting, turf installation, and the design and construction of an irrigation system.

Concrete works encompassed the pouring of a courtyard slab, the building of retaining walls and establishment of a pedestrian footpath network. The construction team also coordinated various paving work and installed a series of gabion walls to the south-side garden area and steel fascia.
