From lighting the charcoal you are ready to cook in just 10 minutes.

The temperature internally can be controlled from 200 degrees to 700 degrees simply by adjusting the airflow from the stainless steel top and bottom dampers. Once the charcoal has been pre heated, close the lid and reach 700 degrees in just 20 seconds.
