The HiGrip™ Anti-Skid from MPS Paving Systems features calcined bauxite aggregate, which is proven to dramatically reduce wet weather affects that cause accidents at black spots such as intersection approaches, sharp bends and steep gradients.

HiGrip™ is a high friction surfacing system for reducing braking distances at intersections. This material is secured to the substrate with a specially formulated binder for optimum adhesion and flexibility.

HIGRIP™ INSTALLATION

In the initial stages of installation, the asphalt or concrete surface is prepared. It is then coated with resin and the HiGrip™ aggregate is liberally hand distributed over the binder surface to completely cover it.

The excess that does not adhere to the resin is swept away.

With a 2-3-hour cure time, the HiGrip™ system is quick and easy to apply, maximising resources and minimising traffic disruption.
