BLUE SKY THINKING REAL GREEN LIVING

23 Oct 2013

Registration is now open for the NGIA 2014 National Conference, which will be held next March in Sydney.

Nursery & Garden Industry Australia (NGIA) is excited to announce registration for the 2014 National Conference is now open. The conference will be held in Darling Harbour, Sydney March 10 – 13.

Blue Sky Thinking Real Green Living is the theme of the conference which will provide delegates with an opportunity to reconnect with interstate colleagues while learning from a captivating program which focuses on key components relevant to anyone in the business of greenlife.

“The conference will consider new research examining the benefits of greenlife on health, living standards and as a solution for many urban, environmental and social challenges,” says Robert Prince, CEO of NGIA.

Jo Pearson, a much enjoyed MC of the 2007 and 2009 conferences returns in 2014 to both present the conference and deliver a keynote address of her own. Industry favourite Neville Norman, will deliver his view on The Profit of Green; the creative director behind the nursery industry’s new campaign, Ben Peacock will provide all with a Vision of Green; and Vic Krahn, President of the International Association of Horticultural Producers will give his insights on the World of Green.

On the final day there will also be a rare opportunity to hear from this generation’s most decorated soldier Ben Roberts-Smith VC MG. This reinvigorated technical emphasis will deliver critical information via research findings and expert opinion ensuring you have the tools you need to achieve success in your business.

If you are a producer, retailer or installer of greenlife or a designer, architect, developer, planner or policy maker considering greenlife, your attendance at this conference will deliver you value now and in the future.

Early bird closes November 15, 2013.
