Enlisting the help of award-winning landscape architecture and urban practice studio, Arcadia, the Wadanggari park is a large 4,750-square metre open space featuring lawn terrain, a plaza and an adventure-style playground.
Inspired by the Banksia, the playground features an array of fun-filled play elements such as pod climbers, net towers, steppers, bridges, climbing nets, play logs and slides. The exciting two-level play tower takes play to a whole new scale.
The playgrounds surrounding landscape features timber boardwalks over a fern garden and Indigenous plantings as well as a clever lighting concept.
Connecting to St Leonards library, St Leonard train station, retail and hospitality services, Wadanggari Park is a hub for locals to enjoy some time in the sun and enjoy the wonders of the outdoors.
