A GROWING EXPANSION

Over the past year, Botanix has been expanding its Carrum Downs production facility, filling it with new stock in the 70L range of semi-advanced trees and shrubs. Check out the progress.
Since March 2019, when Botanix updated the market with news of the expansion, the team has been hard at work producing the 70L range. 
This size has proven extremely popular with the landscape market, both in screening plants, such as Laurus, Acmena, Elaeocarpus and Waterhousia, and also with specimen trees such as Acer, Lagerstroemia and Quercus. 
The 70L container is able to produce a tree of comparable size to 100L pots at a competitive price point. Furthermore, the onsite OHS outcomes are tangible as the 70L container provides greater manoeuvrability on construction sites. 
Now, over a year since expanding into this dedicated production facility, much of the newly potted stock is now ready for the 2020 planting season.
