Operating since 1948, SVC's team of concrete artisans are highly skilled in the fabrication of precast concrete products 

to suit multiple design applications. Notable projects from the company’s rich history include the Menzies building at Monash Clayton, the Southern Stand at the MCG, Federation Square and the Shrine of Remembrance, where SVC supplied bespoke precast concrete products that were used in the construction of these important landmarks.

 

Demonstrating an ongoing commitment to quality and continuous improvement, SVC has received accreditation for 

the globally-recognised ESG standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

SVC Urban manufactures and supplies large-format architectural precast concrete elements for the urban landscape. Products on offer include concrete seating, safety bollards, planters, pavers, signage elements and more, which are made to order following extensive client consultation to understand specific project requirements.

 

In addition to its design-ready range of concrete landscape products, SVC specialises in custom fabrication of precast concrete elements, utilising a collaborative approach with clients to help translate their unique design ideas from concept to completion. The team encourages designers and specifiers to touch base early in the design process, allowing them to discuss feasibility and key considerations when designing in precast concrete.

 

Separate to its landscape product offerings, SVC’s civil faction includes a large variety of concrete, galvanised steel and ductile iron products used predominantly in drainage infrastructure. These products are routinely stocked and available for fast dispatch across Victoria, servicing contractors and installers operating in civil engineering, road and rail infrastructure, subdivisional development and local government works.

SVC’s precast concrete products are made to the highest quality standards, ensuring consistent performance, strength characteristics and aesthetic appeal. All products are subject to internal quality inspections, ensuring all standards are met prior to products being dispatched to site.
