A viable alternative to timber, Futurewood's composite products are low maintenance, sustainable, splinter-free, and rot- and termite-resistant. They won’t split, cup or warp, and there is no sap or tannin bleed.

Concealed fixing options are available on all decking and weatherproof cladding products to ensure a clean finish. A design-registered aluminium joist and adjustable pedestal subframe system provides a rot-proof, lightweight subframe to support CleverDeck composite timber decking or other decking products.

PRODUCTS
CleverDeck Eco-Pro, Original and Xtreme
| CleverDeck solid timber-composite decking is available in three product ranges: Eco-Pro, Original and Xtreme. Each range offers quality composite decking that is low maintenance and termite-, rot- and slip-resistant. The Xtreme range is also BAL-29 rated.
CleverDeck Eco-Pro and Original is supplied in standard 138mm x 23mm x 5400mm-long boards. Eco-Pro has a weight- and heat-reducing scalloped-back design, while Original is a traditional, double-sided solid board. Both boards have a coarse sanded finish that achieves a P5 slip rating. CleverDeck Eco-Pro and Original are supplied in up to five designer colours: Black Bean, Mahogany, Slate Grey, Walnut and Weathered Stone. Other custom-made sizes, including 86mm and 184mm-wide boards with a range of additional colours and finishes, are available upon request.
CleverDeck Xtreme decking is supplied in either 138mm-wide or 185mm-wide boards. Both boards are 23mm thick and 5400mm long. CleverDeck Xtreme is a co-extruded composite timber product, made with a traditional composite-timber core that is fully capped with a virgin polymer blend. The hard outer shell of Xtreme decking offers greater scratch resistance, is virtually waterproof, is easy to clean and comes in a range of seven vibrant, blended colours with a high level of fade resistance. Colours include Rustic Merbau, Light Oak, Basalt, AshGrey, Graphite, Desert Oak and Riverstone Grey.
An engineered aluminium deck framing system, with a full range of aluminium joists, bearers and adjustable height pedestals to suit deck heights from 48mm up to 523mm, completes the decking range. The joist profile and brackets provide a unique, design-registered range that is rot-proof, rust-proof, lightweight and strong. The full subframe solution is very cost effective as it is quick and easy to build with fewer screws required, meaning less time spent on installation.

EnviroSlat | EnviroSlat solid composite-timber fencing/screening is stocked in 70mm x 15mm x 5400mm-long solid boards, 40mm x 30mm x 5400mm-long solid boards, 60mm x 40mm x 5400mm-long solid boards and 90mm x 40mm x 5400mm-long solid boards. Stocked sizes are available in a range of colours including Midnight, Black Bean, Weathered Stone, Walnut and Slate Grey.
EnviroSlat weatherproof cladding is made to order in a 156mm x 21mm profile width, at any length from 1m to 5.8m long, in a range of colours. A selection of additional EnviroSlat sizes, colours and finishes are available as custom-made options
upon request.
EnviroSlat fencing is due for release in 2025. With its double-sided castellated cladding board and proprietary aluminium frame system, it provides a unique solution for feature fences.
 
Custom Profiles | Other custom-made architectural profiles are available in a range of colours and finishes for use in street furniture, shade structures, facades, feature walls, fencing and more.
 
COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURE
All CleverDeck and EnviroSlat products are wood plastic composite (WPC), made from recycled plastic, wood flour
and rice husks. Xtreme capped boards include a skin of virgin polymers wrapped around a recycled composite-timber core.
 
The concealed-fix deck fixing system consists of four different types of stainless steel and nylon clips with blackened stainless-steel screws for fixing to either timber or steel joists.
 
All products can be supplied in either pack lots or job lots.
