SWP's newest product, MAXSEAL® TRAFFIC, is a two-component mortar based on special cement and water-based synthetic resin. It is easily applied by brush or spray equipment to provide a suitable trafficable waterproof coating against positive and negative pressure for concrete floors exposed to car or industrial traffic.

MAXSEAL® TRAFFIC is a very high-performing product. Able to withstand both positive and negative hydrostatic pressure, it is extremely waterproof and dampproof. It is an excellent abrasion-resistant coating, which is ideal for surfaces that experience heavy wheel traffic including cars, forklifts, industrial vehicles etc.
With superior water vapour diffusion, MAXSEAL® TRAFFIC does not form a water vapour barrier and prevents the appearance of air bubbles on floors. It has very strong adhesion directly to concrete with no primers or bonding agents required.
MAXSEAL® TRAFFIC is UV-resistant with outdoor colour-stability, is easy to use and has no maintenance requirements.
The final fine-textured coating of MAXSEAL® TRAFFIC can be worked into different decorative finishes: smooth, anti-slip, roller etc.
Solvent-free, odour-free, non-flammable, non-toxic and environmentally friendly, MAXSEAL® TRAFFIC is suitable for application in poorly ventilated areas. 
APPLICATIONS

- Waterproofing underground parking, garages, horizontal decks, ramps and other surfaces exposed to wheel traffic
- Waterproofing of slab-on-grade and concrete floors against rising damp and negative water pressure in warehouses, factories, residential buildings etc.
