SAPIA'S NATIONAL CONFERENCE RETURNS

The Sports & Play Industry Association is the national peak body for those involved in the sports, recreation, leisure and playspace construction industry. Its members include designers, engineers, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers and professional consultants.

The aim of SAPIA’s annual National Conferences is to provide members and interested parties with the opportunity to:

• Learn about new techniques and ways to reduce or overcome issues in their working lives
• Meet sports governing bodies’ key personnel and hear about their organisations’ plans for the future
• Acquaint themselves with suppliers and manufacturers of products and services to the industry
• Converse with the SAPIA Board of Directors and have a voice in the running of the Association
• View the entries and celebrate with the winners of the 2024 SAPIA Industry Awards competition
• Catch up with old friends and form new business relationships
• Have fun and enjoy each others’ company at the Welcome Party and Annual Gala Dinner

Although SAPIA is part of Australasia’s construction industry, it represents a niche, specialised sub-section, and the conference presenters in 2024 have been chosen for maximum relevance and interest to members of the industry. For suppliers and consultants, the SAPIA National Conference affords a valuable opportunity to meet with current and prospective customers. For contractors, the event allows liaising with manufacturers and suppliers, improving technical knowledge and staying up to date with current trends.
