Omnitech’s large in-house design team produces industry leading concept visualisations, working closely with client briefs to create the perfect playground for any space. From 2D plans to full 3D models rendered into the landscape, adept designers make custom, location specific playgrounds. The in-house CNC design and manufacturing capabilities allows for endless customisation opportunities for Omnitech’s recyclable HDPE panels, springers and climbers.

Boasting over 30 years of experience in metal fabrication, the skilled Omnitech team of fabricators roll, bend and weld the equipment in-house at its Somerton factory. All steel and aluminium components are then powdercoated in-house before being carefully packed and transported to site. The powdercoating facilities ensure Omnitech can achieve maximum durability and superior quality for every product manufactured. When creating rope play elements in the rope fabrication workshop, imagination is the limit and Omnitech are constantly thinking up methods of incorporating rope into new play elements. Constructed of 16mm woven polypropylene fibre with a wire core, the rope assemblies ensure maximum durability, whilst achieving a more comfortable grip and climbing experience.

Another part of Omnitech's Australian-made commitment is its devotion to using locally and responsibly grown white cypress for timber equipment and sugar gum logs for its nature play equipment. All timber products are prepped at the Hallam factory, with stained timber, rough sawn or untreated finishes available. From foundations to finishing touches, the diligent team of experienced installers ensure that all playgrounds are safely installed to meet with Australian Safety Standards through every step of the process.
