HIGH-QUALITY PLANTS FOR FAST-TRACKED PROJECTS

The NSW Government has been fast-tracking the approval process for several major infrastructure projects across the state. Get ready with Ramm Botanicals' extensive range of landscape plant varieties that are ideal for any of these upcoming projects.



The NSW Government announced the fast-tracking of these projects in an attempt to inject billions of dollars back into the economy and create thousands of new job opportunities.

NSW Planning and Public Spaces Minister Rob Stokes said the fast-tracked assessment program is a key part of the NSW Government’s COVID-19 Recovery Plan, as it seeks to expedite shovel-ready project and assist with employment opportunities, and our economy.

IVANHOE HOUSING ESTATE

This development is an integrated social housing development located in Macquarie Park. It will include 3300 new homes, 2.8 hectares of open space including parks and playgrounds, a primary school, and shops, cafes and restaurants.

COFFS HARBOUR BYPASS

The NSW Government has committed $971 million to the Coffs Harbour bypass to improve transport efficiency and road safety for local, regional and interstate road users. Spanning across about 14 kilometres, the four-lane road will save motorists time and also remove congestion and traffic in the Coffs Harbour CBD.

TWEED VALLEY HOSPITAL

The NSW Government has promised a total of $673 million to the brand-new Tweed Valley Hospital. This new facility will provide a number of benefits for the Tweed-Byron community, including an increase of self-sufficiency of health services, meaning residents will be able to access more healthcare services locally.
