An amazing transparent pathway has been constructed on the side of a cliff on Tianmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, China. The Skywalk is about 4700 feet (1,430m) above sea level and 200 feet (60 metres) long and is definitely not for the faint-hearted.
China’s newest tourist spot is a glass-bottomed walkway around the cliff face of the Tianmen Mountain. Brave tourists have been flocking to China to cross the glass bridge suspended from a cliff face.
The 3ft-wide, 2.5in thick glass walkway offers breathtaking views across the Hunan Province and joins the west cliff at the Yunmeng Fairy Summit.
In order to keep the glass pathway clean, tourists are asked to wear show covers.
