FRONT YARDS BY FLEMING’S

All homes at Ramlegh Springs come complete with an option for one of six front yard landscape designs by the garden specialists Fleming’s – renowned for their Chelsea Flower Show wins and the masters of Australian horticulture.

Six carefully considered front yard landscapes are on offer at the new estate located on Pattersons Road in Clyde North, all with a complementary garden design for small to medium residential allotments with variable home facades.

Fleming’s director, Wes Fleming, has been hands on with the development of the landscape packages as well as executing a high level of streetscaping across the estate.

The team from Fleming’s have also executed a unique sales office garden featuring three of the six front yard designs on offer to future Ramlegh Springs residents.

Mr Flemings said the designs had been created to not necessarily be the “end product” but an amazing structure for any garden that will grow and develop over time.

“Even those that don’t want to do much in their garden will end up with a stunning little front-yard, but those that love to potter will be able to put their own stamp on the gardens over time,” says Fleming.

The gardens have been designed in-house at Fleming’s by their talented landscape design team and guided by Wes’s eye for detail.

Fleming claims, “It has been important the gardens reflect well to the streetscape and as we have implemented the streetscape we have a very clear vision of how the community will eventually take shape... it’s going to be a very unique and beautifully polished community”.
