The vision of the Emerald Hills Estate is to create a unique and beautiful landscape with ridge top parks, walkways and cycleways, complementing the housing and great facilities within its natural surroundings.

Assisting to bring that vision to life is the team from Factor3, premium contract planters who recently undertook work on the final stage of planting out the riparian corridor on the estate. Factor3 completed planting in the creekline, creekline batter and the riparian corridor, installing 70,000+ forestry tubes and 130 shrubs over a 12 day period on this final section of the project.

The company felt fortunate in being able to work with clients who utilise best practice environmentally sustainable design principles and value preservation and regeneration of existing vegetation, waterways and bushland along with the development of open spaces and parklands.

The Emerald Hills Estate has adopted a ground breaking approach to the conservation of critically endangered woodland that exists in the north east corner of the site. The Emerald Hills Estate is the first development in NSW to directly coordinate development with woodland conservation via the NSW Government's Biodiversity Banking and Offsets Scheme (Bio Banking).
