Designed and Engineered for vertical greenery on high walls, the Elmich VGM® Green Wall is a delight for both the ears and the eyes.
A majestic Elmich VGM® Green Wall greets visitors to the Sunway Vivaldi as they pass the guard station into the property at Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
PE Approved & Certified The living wall, comprised of four 15 metre high panels, forms the majestic backdrop for a cascading water feature. The PE approved VGM® Green Wall system is certified to withstand wind uplift from various directions at 110km/h ensuring that individual modules do not inadvertently dislodge from the high wall during inclement weather. Anti-lift arms inserted between Vertical Greening Modules (VGM®) provide added security by locking VGMs to the mounting pilaster rails.
Easy Mounting Pre-planted VGMs, each containing a geotextile bag filled with a primarily inorganic lightweight planting media, were anchored onto the stainless steel pilasters bolted directly to the high wall. The Elmich VGM® Green Wall whilst ensuring secure anchorage also allows easy mounting and dismounting of individual VGMs during installation and maintenance. Water and nutrients for healthy plant growth is supplied directly to the plant roots via installation of an automated irrigation system.
