PLA NSW/ACT is calling for Abstracts for their 2018 Conference: Lead_Collaborate_Succeed, opening up opportunities for the development of new community initiatives. Want to know more?
The PLA NSW/ACT conference is the premier regional conference for Parks and Leisure professionals to engage, share and advocate for the benefit of the industry and community. Building on the theme Lead_Collaborate_Succeed, it will pave the way for new opportunities, where our community pursuits and support through facilities and programming will lead to the development of collaborative solutions, to the challenges faced by our ever-changing industry.
The program streams are at the heart of delivering our conference outcomes. The streams will look at proactive and innovative ways to prepare and plan for anticipated challenges faced by our industry, and champion the development of shared outcomes and learnings from challenges already overcome.
The streams have been developed to empower growth and opportunities into the future, creating greater strength for our region as a leader in the parks and leisure industry, leading through a shared vision and focused on outcomes. The two streams for the 2018 NSW/ACT conference are:

• Activating Sport and Leisure
