Recently, GRMS has taken part in an array of projects from highway surfacing to custom surfacing designs using its extensive, durable products.

Running along a 6.8km stretch, the Clem 7 is the new tunnel tollway that connects parts of the inner Brisbane suburbs. The Clem 7 pads on Shafston Avenue at Kangaroo Point are just one of the surfacing’s that GRMS provided on the project, helping to navigate traffic in and out of the tollway.

This high friction pedestrian crossing was surfaced using GRMS anti-skid properties. Making the roads not only a safer place to travel on foot but protecting the roads surface from the tread of vehicles and pedestrians.

The vibrant wild life pads were surfaced to help bring awareness to motorists of animals in the area. The efficiency of road surfacing messages in comparison to signs is that travellers do not need to take their eyes off the road to see important signs and signals of the road ahead or the environment they are travelling in.

GRMS surfaced a high friction anti-skid intersection at Kholo Rd, Kholo. The anti-hooning surface treatment helps to prevent groups from setting up illegal burn out events and cause damage to the roads.
