In order to replace older restrooms, the first K9800 ‘Fremantle Series’ Aluminium Restroom (Modified) was designed, manufactured and installed by Landmark Products for the new amenities at Robinson Reserve in Anna Bay, NSW.
Part of an overall park upgrade beach car park reconfiguration, the new amenities service more patrons than the previous masonry construction. The restroom is an adequately robust construction for the location given the high wind, high salt spray and ocean weather from the prevailing conditions at Robinson Reserve.
Landmark worked both directly and indirectly with Port Stephens Council to provide seamless ordering and deliver a great experience with both the pre-construction phase and the final product.
The modified K9800 ‘Fremantle Series’ Aluminium Restroom includes:
- Pre-cut Colourbond, custom orb roof sheeting - .42 Bmt 'Ultra' grade
- Webglas roof sheeting for natural lighting
- Powder coated aluminium roof frame, posts and ventilation screens
- Aluminium wall frames
- 205mm Shadowline weatherboard vertical external wall cladding
- Aluminium composite material internal wall cladding
- Landmark Products’ stainless-steel anti-vandal fastening system
Aluminium Extrusion Panels are offered as standard on the Landmark Products ‘Fremantle Series’ restrooms. This cladding is a powder-coated Aluminium interlocking exterior cladding system that can be applied both horizontally and vertically. It is suited to both residential and commercial building applications as well as being available in a wide range of colours in modern or classic designs.
Consisting of two thin aluminium sheets sandwiching a mineral filled core, Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) offers an unsurpassed finish and flatness, together with formability and weather resistance. As it is easy to cut and permanently adhere to surfaces, the design possibilities are endless, and the aluminium ensures superior weather resistance.
Landmark Products worked with council to deliver a public restroom to be long lasting, especially with regular maintenance.
