2019 LANDSCAPE QLD EXCELLENCE AWARDS

Penfolds Project, West Village

The Queensland landscape industry celebrated the best of the best in landscape construction at this year’s Gala Awards Dinner, which was held at the Brisbane Hilton on Saturday 9 November. Over 500 attendees from throughout the landscape design and construction industry applauded an amazing range of residential and commercial projects from throughout the state, culminating in the announcement of the QLD Landscape Construction of the Year for both the Residential and Commercial segments of the industry.

Sunshine Coast based Living Style Landscapes won the QLD Residential Landscape Construction of the Year for their Ilkley project and Penfold Projects were successful in winning the Qld Commercial Landscape Construction of the year for West Village at West End.

Living Style Landscapes, Ilkley

Landscape Queensland CEO, Mark Sorby, said this year’s awards again showcased the high skill levels and professionalism of the landscape industry. He also said that industry trends were changing to meet consumer demands. He went on to say that this sees landscapers undertaking an exciting and diverse range of projects which were reflected in some of this year’s awards entries submitted from throughout the state.
