2010 NURSERY & GARDEN INDUSTRY AWARDS - STATE WINNERS ANNOUNCED
01 Feb 2010
Nursery & Garden Industry Australia is pleased to announce the winners of the 2010 Nursery & Garden Industry State Awards.
Nursery & Garden Industry Australia (NGIA) is pleased to announce the winners of the 2010 Nursery & Garden Industry State Awards.
All State Winners have automatically progressed to National Finalist level and the National Garden Centre and Production Nursery Winners are now being determined by on-site judging.
National Winners will be announced at the Awards Gala Dinner on April 22 in conjunction with the NGI National Conference in Darwin.
As a result of a simplified entry process and two new categories, the 2010 Awards entries increased in number by an astounding 70 per cent from the previous year.
NGIA National Marketing & Communications Manager Jacqui Gibbs says she has been encouraged by the effort entrants have gone to. “This year it has been obvious that people have put in a lot of hard work and time into their submissions and it is exciting to see. I wish all State Winners the best of luck in the National Finals.”
Presented by Nursery & Garden Industry Australia, the Awards recognise and reward excellence within the nursery and garden industry and acknowledge industry leaders as they strive to achieve best business practice.
