COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURE

Recycled Play Matta™ tiles are manufactured in New Zealand
from at least 85 percent recycled materials, which comes from waste PVC like old road cones and deflated pool toys. This approach not only makes the product durable and long-lasting but ensures minimal environmental impact.

The underlying shock pad system used in Play Matta™
installations requiring a CFH is made from a combination of recycled rubber and XPE foam. This shock-absorbing layer provides additional safety and comfort, minimising the risk of injury from falls and impacts.
