National Forest Products (NFP) is a family owned company with over 30 years' experience in the timber industry. Based in Melbourne, we specialise in providing new and innovative timber products to wholesalers at competitive prices.

As one of the leading suppliers of timber products in Victoria, we carry a large range of timber sizes and have extensive stock holdings in Cypress Pine. A relationship with Northern Hardwood Sawmill allows us to provide everything from small to large end section sizes of local hardwoods.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

NFP specialises in six types of premium timber:

DeckSTAR® Merbau decking and screening: Sustainable timber engineered to be long and straight; pre-finished teak oil coating; set lengths save time and money; available in widths of 70mm, 40mm or 140mm.

White Cypress Pine/Native Australian Softwood: Natural durability with minimal shrinkage; ideal for smooth finishes; harvested from plantation/government approved sources.

Australian Hardwoods: Very hard/durable; offers protection against indentation while still easy to work with using hand tools; several species available.

Plywood Products: High uniform strength; free from shrinking, swelling and warping; strictly controlled lamination process to reduce random undesirable qualities.

Treated Pine Products: Cut from grown forests in Aust. and NZ; durable; provides protection against decay due to insect activity.

Radiatar Products: Fast growing Pine softwood with a straight grain; easy to work with; naturally durable; versatile usage.
