The Waterways is a unique urban development project, which incorporates a large area of constructed wetlands for the treatment of water in Mordialloc Creek. The Waterways development includes 700 residential lots and waterways with a large inland lake and wetlands providing valuable environmental enhancements and treatments. Many native plants are featured.
