Description | Trachelospermum jasminoides is an evergreen, twining, climber with dark, glossy, green leaves. It is most noted for the clusters star-shaped and perfumed flowers produced in late spring and all through summer to early autumn. Will grow and flower in full sun to shade and requires a well-drained, fertile soil and moderate water. Drought tolerant once established but it is wise to maintain soil moisture during summer months. Dislikes wet feet. Star Jasmine is a versatile climber, suitable for pergolas, trellis, groundcover, spill over and topiary applications.
