Harrisdale Senior High School needed a landscape that accommodated the congregation of students, teachers and parents in various group sizes. Four Landscape Studio selected the Metalco designed Sarah Bench, for its robust yet sleek design and the ease at which it can be placed to create ‘pod’ seating areas, working to the conceptual brief of strong and solid to tie in the surrounding landscape.

The botton + gardiner Prospect drinking fountain was also a part of the installation. Finished in highly polished stainless steel, the reflective surfaces echo the texture of the landscape, and the angular profile mimics the shadows cast by the Sarah benches.
