As Australia’s largest Greenfield CBD development site, The Maroochydore City Centre project will service the 518,000 people expected to call the wider Sunshine Coast home by 2041. Delivered over a 20-year period, the centre’s design, delivery and activation is overseen by SunCentral Maroochydore, a wholly-owned enterprise of Sunshine Coast Council.

Being the CBD, the finishes had to be of the highest quality and durability. Eureka Landscapes skills are shown in the ongoing project through stone pavers, including the under slabs and instalment of park furniture/structures, and soft landscaping incorporated soil, mulch, turf and plants. Surrounded by commercial office buildings, hotels and residential buildings, the Urban Square puts you right in the middle of all the action.
