BrendaleConnect is located approximately 18 radial kilometres north of the Brisbane CBD. This vibrant business precinct hosts a number of major manufacturing, distribution, warehouse and retaila users in the precinct. Brendale is a popular location due to its location and accessibility, with bus and rail networks servicing the area.

During construction, Ecoplant Australia was commissioned to install jute mat and then plant 200,000 tubestock plants through the mat. The end result was a superior quality job that resulted in 100% pass at the handover inspection.
