Jimmy Grants is the brainchild of celebrity chef and Masterchef household name, George Calombaris.

Specialising in real Greek street food, the team is all about the freshest and tastiest of traditional Greek ingredients. A set of 40 Glowpear Urban Gardens were installed to create a 'Mediterranean food mecca' at Jimmy Grants. The planters are filled with mint, thyme, tarragon and more, all of which match the restaurant’s iconic Greek cuisine.

The Urban Gardens provide an authentic design to the restaurant and flavour for the food, ensuring guest’s meals are as close to the real deal as possible.
