Elske Restaurant is a one-of-a-kind location that offers à la carte and tasting menus that combine American and Danish cuisines. The Elske dining room is anchored by a wide, open kitchen to the one side and a small patio with a roaring fireplace to the other.

Kitchen garden designer Sara Gasbarra used this unique aesthetic to specify four Glowpear Mini planters to be built into the timber interior portion of Elske. The Minis provide the option for pick-as-you-go leafy greens and herbs, providing an authentic edge that alludes to traditional Scandinavian influences.
