Navigating the steep access to the southern bank of the Brisbane River, Evolve has restored the banks along the length of the housing development on the previous Montrose Access site.  The area, which was initially overgrown with Lantana and Ochna, was gradually cleared to allow the installation of new species of vegetation.

During the restoration process, Evolve undertook the challenging environmental clean-up in the area. There had previously been widespread dumping of consumer and commercial waste at the site, and before restoration work could begin the site was cleaned extensively.

The Evolve team drew upon their combined experience of weed eradication, stabilisation, and management of environmentally sensitive landscapes to deliver the excellent result of this project. Special care was given to team and environment safety throughout the project to ensure a successful result for all involved.
