STYLISH DESIGN FOR OUTDOOR OASIS

Penfold Projects’ design and construct team has transformed a client’s property into a contemporary-style home with a modern design. See the full project here.
Closely collaborating with the owners of this Kedron private property, Penfold Projects’ design and construct team has delivered a successful translation of sophisticated design. 
Boasting a modern design, this contemporary-style property includes an inviting backyard built around two ex-ground mature Pandanus trees. The plant species constituting the sub-tropical planting palette of the project were picked by the landscape architect to deliver on the clients’ vision. 
A stylish rooftop area inclusive of sun beds, a stone bathtub and lush planting was created to provide a private area to relax. Inside the house, lush indoor glass planters framing the shower were installed to soften the bathroom’s structure. 
A notable feature of the project is the signature curved concrete firepit with timber backing which was designed and constructed in the corner of the main garden.
