We work closely with the client to come up with the best use and options for wall claddings, roof shapes, floor plans, toilet-ware, lighting requirements and other useful accessories such as rain water saving devices and solar power options.
GR will deliver your project from concept to completion. We can also arrange soil reports, surveys and building permits.
GR will project manage the installation including all plumbing and electrical rough in and fit off. We have extensive experience in connecting our amenities to mains sewer and AWS (alternate waste systems) alike.
If your project requires demolition of an existing facility we can manage that coupled with any landscaping requirements.
We can make our restrooms semi-automated or manual.
We can design our products to have the facilities for a parent room, kitchenettes, showers, BBQ and shelters.
All of our restrooms are designed to meet the current A/S 1428.1.
GR has a large warehouse which gives us the advantage of prefabricating much of our product, this saves in costs, lead times and onsite installation time.
Our products are ideal for council reserves, beaches, housing estate, sporting clubs and public spaces in general.
We have a range of standard restroom products but we love custom work.
We are registered commercial builders and are MAV registered.
