Using state-of-the-art fitness equipment, the new fitness park at Banksia Beach offers the same high-quality experience of any indoor gym with all the additional mental benefits of exercising outdoors!
Offering expansive views out over the bay, the new fitness park at Banksia Beach is one of the most innovative fitness parks within the region. Featuring KOMPAN fitness equipment from leading play and fitness specialists Urban Play, the park focuses on intergenerational and inclusive design. 
The outdoor gym is split into four fitness nodes that cater to all ages and all fitness levels; a cardio zone, senior’s zone, calisthenics zone and cross-training zone. All of the fitness equipment within the park is supported by a digital app that has demonstration videos, workout routines and alternative exercises, so that everyone can get an intense workout. 
Unlike equipment seen in standard outdoor fitness parks, this fitness equipment mimics commercial gym equipment by providing scalable user positions and adjustable resistance. It continues to provide a physiological challenge - even as you get fitter! 
Following the installation of the new equipment, visitors are already beginning to notice a difference. “The new equipment in our area is so much further advanced than your standard outdoor exercise equipment, my clients are loving using this equipment in our regular boot camp sessions, they can even run their own sessions with the app!” said a group fitness trainer from the local area.
