This Paddington private residence has received an eye-catching modern finish thanks to works completed by Penfold Projects.
This Paddington private residence is a well-executed translation of modern-living. Built with a multi-dimensional design in mind, the house’s layout flows beautifully from every corner of the property. 
The omnipresence of plants to every key area of this Paddington Private Residence helps soften the contemporary finish of the building. A stunning mature ex-ground pandanus planted near the entry gate, welcomes visitors into the property. Multiple raised and podium gardens frame the pool and lawn areas, while a mini feature garden provides character to the upper deck and complements the atmosphere created by the suspended wood fireplace. 
Surface works were completed by Penfold Projects including the installation of meteorite flamed cobbles, crazy pavers, cladding and concrete kerbs. Last but not least, lighting was incorporated to multiple gardens and floating stairs adding to the elegant and sophisticated look of the residence.
