Nature Inspired Playgrounds create custom playgrounds that reflect the best nature has to offer; designing natural spaces that encourage children to play, learn and discover.
Nature Inspired Playgrounds (NIP) specialise in designing and constructing custom playgrounds that inspire the imagination and encourage children to explore their environment. With over thirty years experience in the industry, the founders of the newly formed NIP specialise in bespoke play spaces that reflect their knowledge and love of what they do.
Incorporating a range of equipment designed with varied texture, risk and challenge factors that aim to support growth and development, NIP’s playgrounds also encourage engagement with the environment through play.
NIP is a full service company, working with the client from consultation to design and through the construction process. Listening to the client and focusing on their specific needs, NIP then work to produce an outdoor environment that is both exciting and interesting. Each project comes with an independent Certificate of Compliance to current Australian Standards.
Inspired by nature, NIP use only natural timber from sustainable sources. Preferring natural products over plastic wherever possible, their playgrounds are primarily constructed from timber, such as Cypress, and sandstone.
With a range of options, including dirt and mud-pits, tree-climbs, places to hide, water-play features, forts and rope challenges, each playground is tailored to the level of learning required.
