A custom rooftop playground, designed by Rhinoplay, provides a safe and unforgettable space for children to play.

One of Rhinoplay’s most unique structures is the playground that sits on the rooftop of the Valencia Residences, a luxury highrise apartment in Queensland. 
Fitting perfectly into the footprint of the building, the materials, finishes, design elements and colour pallets of the play structure matches perfectly with the aesthetic of the building elements. Ensuring a fluid connection among the compositional parts of the space, Rhinoplay’s attention to detail has resulted in creating a safe, fun and unforgettable play adventure for children. 
Featuring a tunnel slide, shop front, two level access, internal climber, telescope and an access bridge, the playspace was made from mild steel and clad in dressed and oiled spotted gum. Other unique materials, such as printed polycarbonate, were used for added detail. Setting a new standard for urban living, Rhinoplay proves that play value doesn’t have to be sacrificed for aesthetics.
