Benzini’s expert mould makers are able to create almost any shape for casting. Curves are no problem and hard to demould angles and recesses are an exciting challenge for the experienced Benzini team.

Finishes such as honing, polishing, sealing and sandblasting are done in-house, ensuring full control of the quality of the finish in order to produce a superior completed product.

Each project is assessed to find the most cost-effective and efficient way of mould making, casting and finishing, meaning the project can be delivered on time and on budget. The extensive knowledge and experience held by the Benzini team means they can find the right way to produce the right effect for any project – be it polyurethane rubber moulds for a high finish or fibreglass moulds for durability.

Recent projects completed by Benzini include precast rooftop seating for a highrise residential development in Bondi, Sydney - where segments of seating had to be small enough to fit through the lift doors – and a project for a Sydney Catholic School that included a seating surround and plinth for their statue. For this project, the creamy coloured concrete was also honed back to reveal the colourful stone aggregate.
