A NEW DIRECTION IN FENCING

13 Jul 2016

Polvin’s Australian-made fences are low maintenance, will withstand Australia's harsh conditions, and, as they arrive onsite ready to install, are very popular with contractors.

The Australian market is set to follow the North America trend, where the demand for PVC fencing is growing at between 10% - 15% a year, some 5% ahead of the overall fencing market.

As many fencing contractors are looking for new ways to service their domestic and commercial customers, Polvin Fencing Systems manufacture easy to install PVC fences in a range of styles including post & rail, picket, and privacy fences.

Cutting traditional fence materials onsite increases installation time, however Polvin fences are pre-made and arrive onsite, ready to install. A sturdy clip together system also reduces installation time.

Tests prove that every Polvin fence starts out with far greater impact strength than the industry standard for PVC. They have a higher tensile strength and 4 times the flexibility of wood. Polvin fences maintain higher impact strength for more than twice as long as traditional PVC fencing materials and last more than 50 years.

Polvin Fencing Systems are Australian owned and made. As Australia receives higher levels of UV (compared with northern hemisphere countries), cheap imported PVC fences are not designed for Australian conditions. They do not include the correct amount of Titanium Dioxide (Tio2), which protects PVC against Australia’s harsh conditions. Polvin’s Australian made PVC fences include the correct amount of Tio2 and will withstand Australia’s higher UV rates.

Unlike wood, Polvin fences are virtually maintenance free. They never need painting, will not rust, peel, warp or suffer termite infestation. Graffiti is easily removed with popular domestic cleaners. Once graffiti is removed, no repainting is required.

Most people are aware that rigid PVC will outlast timber many times over. Even though the initial investment in PVC is similar to other types of fencing, PVC’s low maintenance makes its total cost, over its lifetime, significantly lower.
